Pedro Mega – Managing Director & Partner

With a solid track record as an executive board member and a proven history of success, particularly in the areas of commercial operations, expansion, and global business management, Pedro Mega has acquired extensive experience in renowned companies such as MRW and Enviália, where he served as General Manager in Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona. He also held the position of General Manager at UPS Angola in Luanda, Chief Commercial Officer at Orey Transportes e Logística in Luanda, and more recently, as General Manager responsible for business development at MPTrans (Poland) and RL Logistic Solutions (Romania).

With deep knowledge of methods, analytical tools, and conceptual management models, always from the perspective of business leadership, Pedro Mega completed the Advanced Management Program at AESE/IESE Business School in Lisbon and Madrid, reflecting his continuous commitment to professional development and excellence in management.

Focused on personal development, Pedro Mega consistently invests in improving his leadership and mentoring skills, both individually and in teams, incorporating new decision-making methods and cultivating a solid aptitude for teamwork.
