Susana Miranda began her professional career in 1994 in Recruitment and Selection companies, like Egor, Randstad, Adecco Professional, GI Group and EMA Partners International.

In July 2018, she founded the SM Group to support Professionals and Companies through tailor-made Career Support Plans, Individual and Corporate Training, Linkedin Strategy and Networking optimization processes. After the 1st brand, she created other 5 brands to support companies in their business and talent management improvement and transformation.

She also designed the 1st exclusive Career Profiles Magazine in Portugal with career articles, the Career Choices Magazine and a Corporate Events company. She created a new Executive Search Brand in 2024 – PEOPLE Top Selection.

Joana Rebocho Christo is graduated in Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, she has been practicing as a Lawyer and Legal Consultant since 1994, specializing in Commercial Law.

Her career includes roles as Director and HR Consultant, where she has designed and implemented Executive Training programs, performance evaluation systems, and personal development plans.

Additionally, she has conducted Executive Training sessions at Porto Business School, including topics such as Financial Management and MBA in Management.

Throughout her professional journey, she has taken on leadership roles in business operations, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Commercial Management, leading teams, and developing and overseeing sales and marketing strategies.

She has held positions such as Director of Business Development, Area Manager in Virtual Reality, and Financial Director, managing her direct team and overseeing departments such as Legal, HR, IT, and Compliance.

Since 2020, she has served as Head of Business and Strategic Projects for the Northern Region at SM Group.

Andreza Gonçalves holds a degree in Law and a specialization in Human Resources from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with a generalist approach across areas such as Recruitment & Selection, Development, Compensation, Talent and Succession Management, Training, and Benefits.

Her professional background is diverse, encompassing experience in HR consulting, executive search, and multinational companies in the financial, technology, and telecommunications sectors.

She leads Recruitment & Selection projects in Portugal, Brazil, and other Latin American countries such as Mexico and Colombia, as well as Assessment initiatives for companies in the retail sector. She has also participated in merger projects from a Human Resources perspective, collaborating with consultancies such as Mercer and Deloitte.

Since 2024, she has been the Head of Recruitment & Research at People Top Selection (Head-Hunters), where she provides specialized consulting in Recruitment & Selection for the financial, retail, technology, and industrial sectors, among others.

Artur Miranda is Seior Executive and consultant with over 25 years of global leadership experience across diverse industries, including FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), luxury goods, consumer electronics, retail, and private equity. He has held top leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, Panasonic, LG, Pierre Balmain, and Silverstreet Capital Fund (UK), .

As CEO of an agribusiness and seed technology company at Silverstreet Capital Fund, he successfully led strategic expansions and operational transformations in emerging markets. At The Coca-Cola Company, he managed regional operations across Africa and the Middle East. In the luxury and consumer electronics sectors, he led marketing, sales, and operational strategies that achieved remarkable results.

He holds certifications from Harvard University, INSEAD, London Business School, MIT (AI, Implications for Business Strategy), and the European Business School (MBA). He is also certified by the Association for Coaching and Harvard University.

As an advisor to the People project, Artur leverages his experience to support initiatives in recruitment, training, coaching, and mentoring.

Ana Paula Oliveira is a distinguished professional, deeply passionate about life and the work she undertakes. With an extensive and accomplished career in Human Resources, Talent Development and Training Programs, she serves as a HR Partner, specializing in people management, leadership development, and team performance enhancement. As the founder and owner of an HR consultancy and training firm for 15 years, she gained invaluable expertise in understanding the complex and evolving needs of individuals and organizations, both nationally and internationally.

A strategic HR mentor and Executive coach with a profound specialization in human development, she is committed to fostering peak professional and personal performance. Additionally, as a trainer in behavioral sciences and personal development, she leverages her deep knowledge to empower others in achieving transformative and sustainable success.

In parallel, she designs and leads bespoke individual and group coaching programs, with a particular focus on entrepreneurs seeking to redefine their trajectories with greater strategic vision and purpose. Ana Margarida Simões is a senior HR Manager with a solid professional track record, amassing over 2 decades of experience, predominantly in the industrial sector. Renowned for her strategic capability and global vision, she has a proven history in advanced human resources management, talent development, and the promotion of corporate social responsibility. She led and implemented transformative projects in key areas such as career management, performance evaluation, and team training, fostering talent growth and retention in diverse organizational contexts. She demonstrated expertise in compensation policies, as well as coordinating mentorship programs geared towards personal and professional development. She has excelled in negotiating and managing sector-specific collective labor agréments.

Ângela Marques is a seasoned executive and dynamic leader with extensive expertise in Sales Management, Talent Management, and Business Strategy. With over two decades of experience, she has held senior leadership roles, including CEO and Board Member positions, in both multinational FMCG companies (Unilever, Henkel) and the Healthcare/Pharmacy sector.Throughout her career, Ângela has built a strong track record in general management, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, consistently driving business growth and organizational excellence. She has successfully led high-performance sales teams of over 30 people, overseeing recruitment, training, and motivation to maximize results.

Talent Board Advisor | Financial Advisor & Certified Accountant.

Rafael Ribeiro is graduated in Economics with a Master Executive in finance, he also holds an MBA from AESE/IESE Business School. He is a Certified Accountant since 2000.

He has 25 years experienced and analytical Finance Expert with a demonstrated history of working in several industries. During his career he worked as Financial Controller, Head of Finance and Human Resources Director on international environment.

His mission was to provide high-level support to the Executive Committee by coordinating and performing financial, reporting, controlling and tax activities, thus assuring to execute the company’s financial and operational strategy, as well as to guarantee compliance towards Auditors & regulatory authorities. He was responsible for supervising accounting, treasury and corporate reporting activities, as also all tax issues.

He’s a Self-motivation person with a “can-do” and problem-solving attitude with strong organization skills used to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Actually, he works as a Factional CFO and held positions as CFO and Board Member on several SME’s companies at different industries.
