Susana Miranda began her professional career in 1994 in Recruitment and Selection companies, like Egor, Randstad, Adecco Professional, GI Group and EMA Partners International.

In July 2018, she founded the SM Group to support Professionals and Companies through tailor-made Career Support Plans, Individual and Corporate Training, Linkedin Strategy and Networking optimization processes.

After the 1st brand, she created other 5 brands to support companies in their business and talent management improvement and transformation.

She also designed the 1st exclusive Career Profiles Magazine in Portugal with career articles, the Career Choices Magazine and a Corporate Events company.

She created a new Executive Search Brand in 2024 – PEOPLE Top Selection.

Joana Rebocho Christo is graduated in Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, she has been practicing as a Lawyer and Legal Consultant since 1994, specializing in Commercial Law.

Her career includes roles as Director and HR Consultant, where she has designed and implemented Executive Training programs, performance evaluation systems, and personal development plans.

Additionally, she has conducted Executive Training sessions at Porto Business School, including topics such as Financial Management and MBA in Management.

Throughout her professional journey, she has taken on leadership roles in business operations, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Commercial Management, leading teams, and developing and overseeing sales and marketing strategies.

She has held positions such as Director of Business Development, Area Manager in Virtual Reality, and Financial Director, managing her direct team and overseeing departments such as Legal, HR, IT, and Compliance.

Since 2020, she has served as Head of Business and Strategic Projects for the Northern Region at SM Group.

Paulo Lopes Porto is graduated in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra, he also holds a Master’s in Business Administration and an MBA with a specialization in International Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Lisbon.

His career includes roles as Founder and Manager of a consulting firm with offices in Lisbon and Oporto, during about 30 years, where he developed and coordinated over 200 projects in the industrial and commercial areas, and in the last decade has Founded and developed several concepts based in neuroscience applied to companies, like “Neuroliderança” and “Acelerador de Vendas”. Additionally, he is Board Member of VENTILAQUA, S.A., a leading company in the design, marketing and installation of industrial and hospital compact WWTPs, and has been Founder and Chairman of the Board of EXPANDIT, a private equity firm that supported the growth of high-potential companies.

He has taken on teaching roles since 1996 at IPAM – Portuguese Institute of Marketing Administration, ISCA – University of Aveiro, and ISCAC – Coimbra Business School, … , lecturing in areas such as Financial Analysis, Business Strategy and Salesforce Management. Rafael Ribeiro is graduated in Economics with a Master Executive in finance, he also holds an MBA from AESE/IESE Business School. He is a Certified Accountant since 2000.

He has 25 years experienced and analytical Finance Expert with a demonstrated history of working in several industries. During his career he worked as Financial Controller, Head of Finance and Human Resources Director on international environment.

His mission was to provide high-level support to the Executive Committee by coordinating and performing financial, reporting, controlling and tax activities, thus assuring to execute the company’s financial and operational strategy, as well as to guarantee compliance towards Auditors & regulatory authorities. He was responsible for supervising accounting, treasury and corporate reporting activities, as also all tax issues.

He’s a Self-motivation person with a “can-do” and problem-solving attitude with strong organization skills used to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Actually, he works as a Factional CFO and held positions as CFO and Board Member on several SME’s companies at different industries.

Nutrition and Wellbeing Mentor.

Sara Torres is a dedicated professional in health, sports, and nutrition. Her journey began with a degree in International Relations and an MBA in Management and Marketing, but her passion for well-being led her to specialize in areas that promote health, performance, and quality of life.

As a former competitive fencer, she developed resilience, focus, and a holistic understanding of health and performance. However, her most profound transformation came after a life-changing moment—just six months after becoming a mother, she was diagnosed with cervix cancer. This diagnosis, along with other related conditions and chronic idiopathic urticaria, prompted her to seek solutions in nutrition. Determined to take control of her health, she pursued a specialization in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, igniting a continuous journey of learning in areas such as Personal Diet, Sports Nutrition, Anti-Aging, and Nutrition Coaching. Today, she is committed to helping others reach their full physical and mental potential through coaching and mentorship.

Sara has shared her expertise as a biweekly contributor to Conversa de Mulheres on Kuriakos TV, where she presented the segment Saúde à Mesa, offering practical advice on healthy eating and balanced living. She currently contributes to the show Experiência on RedeTV (Brazil). Additionally, she has been invited to speak at various events on resilience and healthy lifestyles.
